Job summary

Cook Children's is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to serve as the first contact for inbound and outbound patient billing inquiries across hospital and professional billing.

You will process payments, set up payment arrangements, and provide patient education while delivering high-quality service to patients, co-workers, and departments within the SBO.

Strong data entry, familiarity with Epic Systems and OnBase, and a healthcare billing background are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with patient billing and health records is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for patient billing inquiries.
