Baptist Health (Jacksonville) is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Integrated Single Billing Office in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time day shift role handles patient inquiries, payment options, and account resolution for hospital and professional services, emphasizing empathetic, patient-centered service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of billing and customer service experience, with proficiency in Epic.

Mansioni

Handle a high volume of patient inquiries via phone, IVR, MyBaptistChart inbasket, and social media.
Resolve inquiries related to hospital and professional billing services accurately and promptly.
Process patient payments and establish payment arrangements per procedures.
Coordinate and monitor timely responses from Baptist Health regarding contested accounts.
Navigate Epic and other systems to research accounts and document interactions.
Communicate effectively with patients, insurers, attorneys, providers, and other stakeholders for account resolution.
Demonstrate Baptist Health Core Values with empathy and professionalism.
