Responsibilities

• Receives claims and ensures clean copy is sent to insurance company.
• Follows up on claims on first-time billings and resolves discrepancies with insurers.
• Resolves billing issues with insurance companies, patients and physicians’ offices.
• Registration functions: create accounts and enter charges.
• Adheres to safety policies and performs duties in a health-system environment.
