Job summary

Sentara Health is seeking a customer service representative to join the billing and client services team in the consolidated lab. The role is full-time with day shifts and involves handling inquiries related to member eligibility, benefits, claims, billing updates, and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, strong data entry and customer service skills, and familiarity with medical terminology. Epic Beaker experience is a plus.

Qualifications
