First shift (Days) duties include handling inbound calls to resolve issues related to member eligibility, prescription benefits, and claim payments, as well as billing updates and patient scheduling.

Requirements include a High School education; Medical Terminology, Customer Service, and Data Entry experience are preferred; Epic Beaker experience
