Qualifications

• Education: High School Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Prior Revenue Cycle Management preferred.
• Healthcare billing or insurance experience preferred but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process Self Pay accounts receivable by state.
• Work with patient accounts to determine resolution to obtain payment.
• Scan documents and process loan payments as needed.
• Learn workflows, policies and procedures to ensure accurate processing and timeliness.
