Job summary

Paycom seeks a Patient Benefits Enrollment Specialist Level I in Dorchester, MA to assist uninsured and under-insured patients in applying for government-sponsored coverage. You will verify eligibility, enroll patients, and guide them through plan selection and billing setup.

The role requires CAC and Navigator training within one month of hire, a High School Diploma, and strong customer service skills; bilingual English/Spanish and/or Portuguese Creole is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish and/or Portuguese Creole highly preferred.
• Ability to explain enrollment requirements for government programs.

Responsibilities

• Maintains CAC and Navigator Certifications and ensures compliance.
• Helps uninsured/under-insured patients apply for government-sponsored coverage.
• Assists with selecting plans, PCPs, premium payments, and enrollment tasks.
• Updates patient data in EMR, coordinates with clinics, and performs data entry.
• Educates patients about enrollment portals and attends required trainings.
