Qualifications

Responsibilities
Utilize the EPIC system to register new patients and make appointments.
Accurately process health insurance applications for patients.
Review insurance eligibility on all patients presenting for scheduled appointments.
Skills
Bi-lingual proficiency in Spanish/English or Haitian Creole/English
Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Excel
Education
High school diploma or equivalency
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field
