Job summary
Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Access Representative II to perform registration and billing-related duties across multiple locations. This role requires accurate data entry, insurance verification, and strong customer service in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
The position is full-time, with a structured schedule and travel between nearby facilities. Candidates should have healthcare access experience and Epic registration/scheduling familiarity to support a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
- Minimum 1 year in healthcare patient access setting.
- Experience with regulatory compliance including HIPAA and revenue cycle processes.
- Epic Registration and/or Scheduling experience preferred.
- NCH Patient Access Specialist I competencies certification required.
Responsibilities
- Registers and pre-registers outpatients across multiple sites to ensure accurate data and timely information.
- Verifies insurance requirements and collects non-covered fees.
- Provides accurate registration and scheduling information to patients and providers.
