Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manages the facility Veteran Centered Complaint Resolution (VCCR) process, including complaint resolution and data capture.
• Assists Service-Level Advocates (SLAs) and staff in resolving complex complaints.
• Identifies problem areas and recommends changes to procedures to improve patient satisfaction.
• Serves as liaison between facility, patients, staff, and community to ensure patients understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Presents patient issues and data at facility meetings and committees; reports on trends to management.
