Job summary

AYR Wellness, Inc. is seeking a Team Lead to support store managers and staff at our Florida dispensary locations. You will oversee daily dispensary operations, ensure patient and customer satisfaction, and coach team members to adhere to state and local regulations.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to hire and develop a high-energy team, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure best practices across SOPs while protecting patient privacy and data.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Check (FBI).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience 1–3 years in retail or dispensary operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the dispensary under state licensure.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach team members.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct routine inspections.
• Support financial reporting and cash handling procedures.
• Develop schedules for patient advocates and ensure HIPAA privacy compliance.
