The ideal candidate combines entrepreneurial spirit with strong analytical skills, experience in healthcare marketing, and the ability to lead strategy and execution on-site in Nashville.

Qualifications

• Proven success driving patient or consumer acquisition through paid digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of lead generation, conversion, attribution and marketing ROI.
• Experience building or scaling marketing programs across multiple locations.
• A player‑coach mentality with the ability to develop strategy and execute.
• Experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation and emerging AI tools.
• Healthcare marketing experience, ideally in a regulated environment. Clinical‑trial patient recruitment experience is a plus, not a requirement.
