Job summary

• Perform registration/check-in and data entry, obtain signatures and provide intake forms.
• Explain and apply financial policies, collect patient balances, and verify insurance benefits.
• Enter payments and reconcile daily cash in the practice management system.
• Schedule appointments, pre-registration, and coordinate multiple appointments.
• Verify insurance eligibility and update demographics as needed.
