Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Identify and resolve routine outstanding claims.
• Generate and analyze reports and work lists to resolve patient account issues.
• Assist in resolving outstanding payments from past due accounts.
• Ensure timely receipt of claim payments and reconcile data.
• Interact with customers/vendors and document activities clearly.
• Assist with projects as assigned by supervisor.
