Job summary

BCS, Inc. a healthcare practice management firm located in Waconia, MN is seeking a Patient Accounting / Customer Service Rep for a full-time role. Hours are 8am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday at our Waconia corporate office.

The Patient Accounting staff work with payers, patients, legal teams and others to resolve denials, delays and inquiries. Training is provided; Word/Excel skills are helpful; benefit programs available including PTO, healthcare and 401K.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare or patient accounting helpful.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Process insurance details and explain them to patients and payers.
• Resolve denials, delays, disputes and questions.
• Assist patients and payers via phone and online.
• Support third-party payers, government entities and patients nationwide.
