• Generate and analyze reports to identify and resolve patient account issues.
• Assist in the resolution of outstanding payments from past due accounts.
• Ensure timely receipt of claim payments and reconcile data.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and external vendors; respond to inquiries.
• May mentor other staff and assist with various projects as assigned.
