Qualifications

• Two years' experience in Patient Access/Accounts setting.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, registration, verification and authorization processes.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, verifies, and records patient demographic and financial information.
• Oversees daily Patient Access operations including scheduling and verification workflows.
• Interviews, hires, schedules, assigns work, and evaluates Staff.
• Coordinates staffing and workflow to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.
• Resolves routine issues or escalates to management as appropriate.
• Supports performance improvement, productivity reporting, and training activities.
