Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospital/medical practice patient access preferred.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and EMR.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the Patient Access department.
• Provide training and in-service education to staff.
• Coordinate staffing to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
• Additional duties as assigned within scope of the role.
