This role requires exceptional customer service, leadership, and communication skills; you will answer phones, gather patient data, navigate insurance details, coordinate with nurses and care teams, and ensure timely access to care. Base pay ranges $20.48–$27.54 per hour, with on-call as needed.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to pass background check and drug test.
• Vaccination requirements may apply.
• Experience in patient access or front desk is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily Patient Access workflow and supervise front-end registration.
• Provide real-time guidance to associates and resolve workflow barriers.
• Promote accurate, timely, patient-centered service delivery.
• Answer phones and collect accurate patient information quickly.
• Navigate insurance plans and collect co-pays and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with nurses and care teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
