Qualifications

• One year of Patient Access Specialist or call center experience with high-volume calls.
• Experience leading a team and improving performance.
• Leadership training completed within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Trains new team members and mentors staff.
• Leads a small team to improve call benchmarks and communication.
• Delivers excellent customer service, manages calls, and facilitates appointments.
• Coordinates with clinical teams and Practice Administrators for better collaboration.
• Provides back-up coverage as requested by PAS Supervisors.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies.
