The role requires 3+ years in a medical front office with supervisory experience, and Epic proficiency is preferred. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree being a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in a front office medical setting or patient access experience.
• Supervisory or staff training experience preferred.
• Knowledge of registration, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, and POS collections.

Aufgaben

• Oversee daily front office operations, including patient check-in/out, registration, and customer service.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing for PTO, absences, vacancies, and changing clinic needs.
• Serve as primary resource for staff questions, workflow troubleshooting, and routine operational concerns.
• Ensure accurate patient registration, insurance verification, patient identification, consent documentation, and medical record scanning.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and training of new employees.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, and point-of-service collections; provide coaching and feedback.
• Review timecards, assist with corrections, and report attendance concerns.
• Address routine patient concerns and elevate unresolved issues as needed.
• Conduct regular visits to main campuses and satellite clinics to support staff and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve staffing, patient access, and overall clinic operations.
