Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and provide patient access across clinics.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional telephone etiquette.
• Handle incoming calls and be the first point of contact for the health center.
• Meet or exceed individual Patient Access performance measures.
• Document appropriately in the EMR and ensure HIPAA compliance.
