Qualifications

• Four years of healthcare experience in Patient Access, Registration, Financial Clearance, Scheduling or Revenue Cycle.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent preferred.
• CHAA certification preferred upon hire.
• Previous call center experience is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate admissions team workflow by coaching and guiding staff across unit areas.
• Prepare and post team schedules; cover staffing as needed.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback; ensure attendance policy compliance.
• Orient and train new hires; identify development opportunities.
• Help manage budget and overtime within approved staffing levels.
• Ensure accurate data for billing and registration; monitor wait times.
• Coordinate with other units; supervise daily tasks and deadlines.
