Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospital Administration or equivalent preferred.
• Four years of Healthcare experience in Patient Access, Registration, Financial Clearance, Scheduling, or Revenue Cycle roles.
• CHAA certification preferred upon hire.
• Previous call center experience is highly desired.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate admissions team workflow by coaching and guiding staff.
• Prepare and post team schedules; cover shifts as needed.
• Evaluate performance and advise on staffing, promotions, overtime, and discipline.
• Orient and train new hires; identify development opportunities.
• Monitor budget and overtime; ensure policy compliance.
• Ensure accurate demographic and financial data; verify benefits.
• Update registration systems to support billing and collection.
• Monitor patient wait times to meet standards.
• Liaise with other units; lead the team to meet deadlines.
• Supervise day-to-day work and ensure task completion.
