Job summary

Memorial Health in Tennessee is seeking an organized Team Leader to guide and coordinate staffing for a busy on-site department. The role includes acting in the absence of supervision, assigning duties for each shift, and calling in staff when volumes rise. Typical hours are 11:30am–08:00pm with weekend rotation.

Compensation ranges from $18.34 to $28.42 per hour, plus participation in our annual incentive program. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to assign duties and call in staff as needed.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Job Description

The team leader is responsible for the guidance and coordination of needs of their respective area. The team leader will act in the absence of a supervisor/manager in various capacities. The team leader will help with assignment of duties for staff for a given shift. They will assist with calling in staff when volumes demand extra help. When needed, the team leader will also take the lead in organizing staff from their area to assist with any sudden increases or spikes in patient volumes. 11:30am - 08:00pm (With Weekend Rotation)

Pay Transparency

• $18.34 - $28.42
• Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role.
• Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
