Job summary

Memorial Health in Tennessee is seeking an organized Team Leader to guide and coordinate staffing for a busy on-site department. The role includes acting in the absence of supervision, assigning duties for each shift, and calling in staff when volumes rise. Typical hours are 11:30am–08:00pm with weekend rotation.

Compensation ranges from $18.34 to $28.42 per hour, plus participation in our annual incentive program. Benefits include PTO, 401(k) match, and health/dental/vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Leadership and staff coordination experience preferred.
• Ability to assign duties and call in staff as needed.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Guide and coordinate needs of assigned area.
• Act in absence of supervisor/manager.
• Assist with staff assignments for shifts and call-ins.
• Organize staff for spikes in patient volume.
