The Patient Care Leader provides effective professional direction to facilitate staff satisfaction, promote unity, and achieve optimal nursing outcomes.

Licensure/Certification/Registry:

• Current RN license in the State of Illinois required.
• Healthcare Provider or Instructor BLS certification required.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years hospital experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Pay Transparency

$39.15 - $62.64 Additional compensation in the form(s) of participation in our annual incentive program are dependent on role. Pay is based on factors such as work experience, education, certification(s), training, skills, and competencies related to the role.
