Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of medical office or customer service experience.
• Healthcare office/business office experience preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness.

• Answer phones and provide information while maintaining confidentiality.
• Schedule/Registration and collect accurate patient information.
