Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medical Assistant Certification desired.

Responsabilidades

• The Medical Assistant greets and assists all patients and/or customers who are present in the office.
• Puts together daily patient charts.
• Obtains lab and referral information for physician review.
• Prepares patients for examination and assists physicians during patient encounters.
• Answers patient questions and educates regarding minor office procedures.
• Maintains medical records information for patient visits, other referrals, insurance pre-certification information, and billing.
• May work varying hours, as needed, including holidays.
• May be required to travel to multiple office locations.
• Provides friendly, courteous, and confidential assistance to every patient.
