Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business management, accounting or related field.
• Two years’ experience in Patient Access or a related department.
• One-year experience in a leadership role leading or assisting in all phases of effective supervision (ie. Recruitment, performance management, training)
• Five years in Patient Access or related department; one-year leadership experience in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily duties of employees in registration, admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Review department work for customer satisfaction and third-party billing accuracy; document productivity and quality measures.
