Qualifications

• 3 years of patient access experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and assists team members in assigned functional area, ensuring deliverables and quality standards are met.
• Collaborates with colleagues and other managers to solve cross-departmental issues and coach staff.
• Coaches staff to identify problems and develop solutions; facilitates problem-solving sessions across teams.
• Recognizes and resolves system and payer rejections/denials per established procedures.
• Stays current with insurance regulations, policies and payer requirements to ensure compliant adjudication.
