Responsibilities

• Manages staff performance and productivity while auditing adherence to customer service initiatives.
• Sets monthly departmental goals with leadership and develops team initiatives.
• Manages patient flow and staffing to minimize wait times.
• Facilitates conflict mitigation across departments; removes barriers to performance.
• Manages staff schedules for adequate coverage.
• Interviews and hires candidates and coordinates staff training.
• Adapts communication to patient population, protecting privacy and ensuring clear explanations.
• Performs other related duties as required.
