Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with hospital registration processes preferred.
• Three to five (3-5) years of Patient Access/Revenue Cycle experience.
• Two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily patient access operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Maintain revenue cycle integrity and support staff performance.
• Drive departmental goals and provide leadership and coaching to frontline staff.
• Assist with strategic initiatives and performance management in partnership with the Patient Access Director.
