Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight and support for Patient Access operations across the hospital.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for registrations, admissions, ED registration, financial counseling, and bed assignment processes.
• Ensure patients receive an outstanding first impression through exceptional service and efficient workflows.
• Monitor registration quality, financial clearance activities, and operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department leaders to improve processes and patient satisfaction.
• Coach, mentor, and support team members while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Help resolve patient, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.
