Qualifications

• HFMA CRCR certification within 12 months of hire.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and operational oversight for assigned Patient Access staff.
• Oversee Emergency Department Admitting, Central Admissions, and assigned Patient Access functions.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant registration and admissions.
• Monitor quality, productivity, audits, and drive process improvements.
• Collaborate with leaders to support patient flow and reimbursement performance.
