Job summary

• Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) - Healthcare Financial Management Association: Preferred

• Supervises employees in patient access services and oversees all day-to-day activities and processes.
• Strategically aligns staff to support workload while meeting budget requirements.
• Monitors data accuracy and system efficiency across patient access functions.
• Leads by example, provides feedback and supports associates’ development.
