Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of patient access experience.

Aufgaben

• Oversees and assists team members, ensuring deliverables and quality standards are met, resolving challenges, managing performance, and aiding in scheduling.
• Collaborates with managers to solve cross-departmental issues; coaches staff on analysis and decision-making methods; shares learnings across teams.
• Coaches staff to identify problems and develop solutions; facilitates problem-solving sessions using structured tools; shares accomplishments.
• Recognizes and resolves system and payer rejections/denials using established procedures.
• Keeps current with insurance, contractual and third-party payer regulations, medical policies, and code sets to ensure proper adjudication.
• Maintains knowledge of healthcare industry changes and communicates impact to affected individuals.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.
