Inova Health is seeking a Patient Access Supervisor for a full-time, hybrid schedule (Mon-Fri 9:30 AM–6:00 PM) to lead the Pre-service Team. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of patient access experience.

Responsabilités

• Oversees and assists team members in the patient access area, ensuring quality and timely performance.
• Collaborates with other managers to resolve cross-department issues and optimize workflows.
• Coaches staff in problem solving and decision making; shares learnings across teams.
• Manages denials and payer communications to ensure proper processing.
• Keeps up-to-date with insurer policies and regulatory changes affecting patient access.
