The incumbent will collaborate with clinicians and caregivers to maintain efficient workflows, exceptional service, and a patient-centered environment in a dynamic cardiac care setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of front office medical setting experience or patient access experience preferred.
• Epic experience preferred and beneficial for team training and workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic front office operations including check-in/check-out and registration.
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing; cover float receptionist needs.
• Support staff training, onboarding, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate patient registration, insurance verification, and documentation.
