Job summary

The position requires a high school diploma or GED with healthcare coursework, plus experience in patient access or billing. An Associate’s Degree is preferred for some tracks, with opportunities for growth within the Memorial Health system.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college work in business or healthcare preferred.
• Associate’s Degree preferred for MPS and REQUIRED for ExpressCare.
• Three years’ experience in patient access/registration, medical billing, or insurance liaison; HS diploma/GED may substitute for degree.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations and provides leadership of front-end revenue cycle functions.
• Reviews work schedules and assigns duties to optimize patient flow and production goals.
• Oversees accuracy of technical functions and ensures compliance with protocols and procedures.
• Plans work assignments and supervises recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and discipline.
