Job summary

Atlas-Healthcare-Partners-LLC is seeking a senior leader to oversee the Revenue Cycle financial clearance functions prior to surgery. You will coordinate and guide a team to verify coverage, collect patient liabilities, and ensure efficient billing workflows across locations.

The role requires knowledge of payer policies, robust communication skills, and the ability to implement training and QA programs while driving performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or seven years of healthcare insurance and patient accounts experience.
• Requires knowledge of patient financial services, financial, collecting services, or insurance industry experience processes normally acquired over one or more years of work experience.
• Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision and to work independently.
• Requires strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to effectively interact with a wide range of audiences.
• Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software are required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) may be required based on market(s) assignment. Must be able to speak, read, and communicate fluently in Spanish to support patient financial counseling, benefit explanation, and pre service communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the assigned department staff, ensuring coverage and achievement of goals.
• Coordinate and optimize the billing workflow to meet business needs.
• Provide guidance and training for team members and develop a Quality Assurance plan.
• Recruit and assess candidates for the Financial Clearance team as opportunities arise.
• Support improve performance including days-out, point of service collections, and clean claim rate.
