QHC ARM Shared Services is seeking a Senior Revenue Cycle Associate, Financial Clearance, to ensure a patient’s visit is financially cleared before the date of service. The role acts as SME for registration, insurance, and patient financial responsibility.

Responsibilities include verifying eligibility, calculating patient liability, obtaining prior authorizations, providing notices of admission, and addressing payer denials. Remote call-center experience and strong customer service are required.

Qualifications

• Typing proficiency.
• General knowledge of medical terminology.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and spoken.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Verifies eligibility and benefits prior to the patient’s date of service.
• Calculates patient liability and documents estimates.
• Obtains prior authorizations and notices of admission as required.
• Resolves payer denials and coordinates rebills/appeals with appropriate stakeholders.
• Maintains privacy and delivers exceptional customer service in a remote call-center environment.
