Job summary

Responsibilities

• Schedule/reschedule patients for appointments, tests, and procedures.
• Obtain and verify patient demographics and insurance details.
• Inform patients about preparation and instructions for tests.
• Communicate financial policies, estimates, charity options, and payment plans.
• Collect insurance and payment information for accurate medical records.
• Assist in preparing monthly error and collections reports.
