Qualifications

• 6 months+ Contact Center or Customer Service related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
• Experience working within an access/contact center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to multi-channel inquiries regarding appointments and services.
• Utilize protocols to schedule patient appointments.
• Research providers within the NYULH network for patient needs.
• Manage conversations with sensitivity and good judgment.
• Adhere to call metrics and goals.
