Ascension via Christi Clinic is seeking a Patient Access Rep for the Murdock Immediate Care site in Wichita, KS. The role is day shift, full-time (40 hours/week) from 9:00am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, located in Wichita, KS.

You will greet patients in the lobby, deliver friendly assistance, and maintain a welcoming, orderly reception area while supporting registration when needed. A High School diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency or 1 year of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients in the lobby, guiding them to registration desks and assisting with directions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to help visitors feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
