Job summary

Ascension is hiring for a Revenue Cycle Management role at Via Christi Clinic in Wichita, KS. The position supports daily team operations, schedules staff, and manages department resources to ensure smooth workflow.

You will verify insurance coverage, communicate financial responsibilities to patients, and stay current with policy changes to guide the team. Day shift, full-time, 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 1 year of experience OR 2 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience.
• Licensure/certification and 1 year of experience can substitute education if applicable.
• Experience in patient access or healthcare revenue cycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily team operations by creating efficient staff schedules and managing essential department resources to promote a smooth, collaborative workflow.
• Verify insurance coverage and clearly explain financial responsibilities to patients and care providers.
• Monitor insurance policy changes and provide timely guidance to keep the team informed.
