Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate patient registration, including identification and demographic collection.
• Handle co-pay collection, cash reconciliation, and emergency patient arrivals while coordinating with departments for smooth patient flow.
• Coordinate with departments for smooth patient flow and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage incoming calls and appointment scheduling.
