Formación

• High school diploma or GED required upon hire.
• 1 year of relevant experience in healthcare or patient access preferred.

• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments at time of service.
• Process medical records and resolve registration or insurance discrepancies.
• Maintain front-office professionalism and participate in team huddles to meet quality benchmarks.
