Qualifications

• One year of customer service work experience.
• Healthcare or Call Center experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Registers and/or checks patients in/out.
• Performs patient check-in including collecting and verifying demographic and insurance information.
• Handles data collection and payments, schedules appointments, and processes referrals and authorizations.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and documents in the electronic medical record.
• Reconciles non-clinical charges and ensures proper posting and documentation.
