You will ensure privacy and compliance while maintaining patient records and supporting multi-channel communications. A high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front line patient check-in and registration.
• Greet patients and support check-out and scheduling of future appointments.
• Verify demographics and read insurance responses.
• Explain financial responsibilities and collect payments as applicable.
• Maintain patient records and HIPAA/privacy compliance.
